Notes on Geoffrey supplied by his daughter Nancy Rischbieth in 1982:

Attended St Peters Boys School in Adelaide from 1905-1910.

Went to Roseworthy Agricultural College before farming at Tintinara with his brother Rupert.

Was in the 48th Battalion in the First World War and won the Military Cross and Military Medal in France.

After the war returned to Tintinara until December 1938 when he came to Adelaide to be secretary of the Defence League. After that he worked in John Martins Department Store.

He married Dorothy Fearon (Judy) in 1921 and died in 1962.

The Henderson Family Bible is in the possession of his son Fearon who was born in 1924(presumably passed down at time of posting July 2025)

Geoffrey married Ms Dorothy (Judy) FEARON in Feb 1921. (Ms Dorothy (Judy) FEARON was born on 13 Aug 1897 and died on 18 Jun 1967.)
