Photo appears in the book "Memories of Land and Sea" by W.T. Orland. The caption reads "A tribute to the memory of Osmond Henderson, who made the supreme sacrifice in France, 1917. Aged 31 Years.
Osmond was unfortunately killed several miles behind the front line, while cleaning a gun, only three days after his arrival in France.
